Refund Policy

1. Overview

Fair refunds per Consumer Protection Act 2019, E-Commerce Rules 2020. Hygiene/cosmetics (e.g., opened creams) non-returnable for health/safety. Others: 10 days unused inspection.

2. Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Defective/damaged/wrong item (our fault).
  • Exchange: Size/color mismatch (unused), packed
  • Non-Eligible: Opened hygiene, change of mind, sales/clears, custom, perishables. Unpacked Item

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Process

  1. Return order via website
  2. Email orders@nianpharma.comwith Order ID, photos, and reason.
  3. Approval (2-3 days); prepaid label if our error.
  4. Pack securely, ship to [Ghaziabad Address] within 7 days.
  5. Inspection (2 days); refund to original method in 5-10 days.

Fee deductions: 10% restocking if applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

Non-refundable unless non-delivery (within 10 days). Track lost claims.

5. Cancellations

Pre-dispatch: Full refund instant. COD: No fee.

6. Exceptions

No cash; digital only. Disputes: Grievance Officer.
